Combustion Gas Analysis: Perform analysis testing
Temperature: Record Indoor / Outdoor temperature
Flue: Check condition, pitch, and termination
Drain: Operation – 90% only: Blow out drain trap and mainline (add anti-bacterial tabs)
Safety Switch: Check operation
Voltage: Record High / Low
Grounding: Check equipment is grounded
Wire Harness / Pin Connector: Visual check
Control Board: Check for corrosion, overheating, and loose connections
Capacitor: Check values
Burners: Visual check / clean burners (as needed)
